Part of the process of producing an Energy Performance Certificate (our core buisiness) is to produce accurate floor plans, and all of our surveyors are able to to produce plans for both Residential and Commercial Properties.
From carrying out the survey, all floor plans will normally be produced within 24 hours.
Prices for our Residential Floor Plans start from £30 plus VAT.
Prices for our Commercial Floor Plans start from £100 plus VAT.
